We have more than 20 meeting rooms adapted for creative meetings
Our largest venue, Fagerudd Arena, functions as a sports hall, playground, exhibition hall and event space for up to 150 participants.

Group rooms & common areas
We also have a variety of bookable group rooms and endless common areas for collaboration. So book suitable rooms when you need to be able to work undisturbed, or come and hang out on sofas, armchairs and on balconies. Most of our group rooms are fully equipped with a screen as well as a whiteboard, flipchart area and post-it area.

Gymnasium
The Arena
Your own sports hall. For trade fairs, events and activities. But also meetings.
Our largest meeting room is actually a real sports hall (Korpen built it in the 80s). It not only creates opportunities for really large meetings (we can furnish up to 150 seated) but also for trade fairs, events, exhibitions and concerts. Starkström is drawn forward and a truck drives freely through the gates. Of course, you can play sports and exercise in it too. All the floor lines are still there, the basketball hoops hang from the ceiling and balls, equipment, nets and cross-training equipment are available to borrow. Rules for both ghost ball and all kinds of litter hang on the wall.

Skutan
A workshop room for high-energy meetings!
There are meetings with such high energy that the participants literally want to climb the walls. We have built a room for such meetings. The walls are slatted chairs, the meeting table is a round ping-pong table and the sandbag is… well, a sandbag. We call the room Skutan.
Up to 31 active people meet in the Skutan to select winning thoughts and ideas. The Skutan is also ideal for board meetings or workshops. And if you have even more energy to burn off, you can do so in the adjacent sports hall. Management meeting with round ping-pong and floorball during the breaks!

Lundevall
Like you're out on a boat
In the main building from 1910, directly above the restaurant is perhaps our finest meeting room, Lundevall, named after Fagerudd's founder, the pastry chef KH Lundevall. With lake views in three directions, a private terrace, fireplace, large glass surfaces perfect for post-it exercises and space for up to 50 seated people with four associated group rooms, Lundevall is perfect for large, secluded meetings with high demands on both modern flexibility and traditional aesthetics.

The Mermaid
I huvudbyggnaden
In a secluded corner of the main building is Sjöjungfrun, where medium-sized groups meet in a bright and fresh room with an undisturbed lake view, an extremely large amount of whiteboard/post-it space, an advanced sound system and a functional-style fireplace. Group exercises can take place in the nearby small dining room which also functions as a chambre séparée for lunch and dinner when there is a need for privacy.

Conference building
Stora konferensen
The conference facility's largest conventional meeting room has a ceiling height of almost 4 meters (try wallpapering it with Cole&Son wallpaper with a repeat length of 75 cm). In other words, there is plenty of space for large groups to think freely. A laser projector ensures colorful image reproduction even when the afternoon sun is shining through the large windows with lake views in two directions. A well-sized loudspeaker system and telephone loop mean that even quiet speakers can be heard well. Large whiteboard area and walls equipped with flipchart hangers for continuous documentation. Adjacent to the Large Conference are both common areas and flexible group rooms.

The Little Conference
Second largest but far from as small as the name suggests. Laser projector with wireless connection and speaker system with teleloop for high-contrast presentations. Generous whiteboard surfaces and wall-mounted flipchart hangers. Of course, a view of Lake Mälaren but also our beehive, few things are as relaxing as watching others work hard (assuming you can't help it)

The lake villa
For meetings and workshops in privacy
Sjövillan is one of the oldest buildings on Fagerudd. When you need privacy, you can book the entire Sjövillan. It has the Viken meeting room, suitable for up to 20 people in board meetings or creative meetings, with two associated group rooms and a glass-enclosed porch that is perfect for advanced post-it exercises or deep conversations.
As made for board meetings
The largest room in the lake villa measures: 9 x 4 m = 36 m²
It is furnished in boardroom seating for up to 18 people seated in comfortable stands and swivel office chairs. The room has several creative areas for both whiteboard and post-it exercises.
The room is equipped with air conditioning.

The lab
Appoint yourselves as professors and doctors and research your way to results.
In the Lab, up to 10 people meet in a laboratory environment. Anatomical models, molecules, measuring instruments, NASA drawings, lab coats and test tubes are among the props.
Standard equipment includes a large whiteboard, wi-fi, flipcharts with holders, magnetic surfaces and a large screen for presentations with audio and video.
The control room
In the boardroom, up to 10 people gather around a huge world map that also acts as a whiteboard. Divide markets between you, regroup and visualize strategies. The props also include officer hats, typewriters and of course a red telephone. The world map is also a fully functioning Risk game board, and of course there is a Risk game to borrow.
Of course, there is also a whiteboard, wi-fi, flipchart with holder, magnetic surfaces and a large screen for presentations with sound and images.
