Rethinking meetings
Where well-being meets change, caring arises
Our philosophy – meaningful meetings

There are two reasons for having a meeting*. Either to feel better together: Team-building, social activities, joint recreation – in short, to create well-being in the group. Or we have meaningful meetings to achieve change: there should be a before and after the meeting. We should understand something we didn't before, or agree on something we disagreed on. Or be equipped for something new. We are changed.
* So, of course, there are many more reasons than these two for having meetings, such as because we like to meet, to maintain our social status in the group, because coffee is good, etc. But from our perspective, which is very much about conferences, the main reasons we have come up with for meetings, when we have thought about this, are precisely change and well-being.

Wellbeing & Change go hand in hand
But in order for us to be able to change, we must be well-being. That is why we at Fagerudd want to work where these two areas overlap. Where change occurs through well-being meeting participants. We call such meetings re-thinking meetings. Meetings with consideration for the participants and the world around them. Meetings that allow us to think again, for new ideas, for change and improvement.

Toolbox for your meeting

We have put together a toolbox of meeting tips. And we want to share them with you and everyone else who works for better and more meaningful meetings.
Because we are convinced that better meetings make the world a better place. Regardless of whether the meeting is with us or somewhere else. The only thing we want in return is that if you come up with a meeting tip that you want to share with us – then you are welcome to do so. Because then we can share it with even more people. For even better meetings, simply!
